New Implemented Late Policy

Hey Everyone, We have been crazy around here lately and we are so very blessed and love it! Having so many wonderful families in and out of First Glimpse has been so much fun!

Sadly though, the busier we get the less time we have to allow for people to be late. We totally get it, kids are hard to get in the car, a family member decided last minute they really wanted to make the ultrasound, someone is driving in from out of town, or just the usual Baton Rouge traffic. We've all been there and it stinks. We'd love to accommodate everyone and say it was fine, we had all the time in the world, but we usually do have appointments back to back.

I have a policy that I don't make someone who is on time wait for their appointment because someone before them was late. I can't do that. I'm sorry, guys. So please just try your best to be on time. Not sure how traffic is, please check your phones before you leave. We know its hard to say before hand so please try to be aware as possible.

We will always do our best to work with everyone as much as possible but there is only so much time in our schedule before we make the person after you wait.

If you are more than 8 minutes late your appointment will automatically be rescheduled, and a $25 fee will be charged to your card on file. We know it sucks and believe us we do not want to upset people or cause confrontation but we still have a business to run and a lot of people to keep happy and its the best thing we could come up with.

So in conclusion, please try your best to be on time. We know life is hectic but we don't want your experience here to be!
